Barista Basics: How to Make a Latte (Without a Fancy Espresso Machine!)
So, who among us doesn't love a good latte in the morning? But sometimes, walking down the street to the coffee shop in the morning or spending $5 a day isn't exactly ideal. The easiest solution would be to make your own lattes, but most people think that to do so requires crazy expensive espresso machines and tons of equipment. But I am here to tell you that you don't need fancy supplies to make a ballin' latte - actually, all you need is French Roast coffee, a microwave and container with a lid!
1// First off, to combat the "no espresso machine" thing, you're going to want to get a very dark roast coffee, an espresso blend if possible. Any French Roast will work just fine! You can use your regular coffee maker or french press, just make it a bit darker than normal.
