Boozy Caramel Apple Cider Float

There's nothing like apple cider to call up the taste of fall immediately. Curling up with a blanket and a good book and a big glass of cider on a rainy day is the best. Except sometimes, you want a little kick with your chilly fall day, right?

Good news, friends - hard cider exists and it's just as versatile as the regular stuff. So I decided to make a delicious caramel apple cider float, like I had once at a cider mill.

  • Strongbow Hard Apple Cider (or whichever hard cider you prefer)
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Caramel syrup

1// Start by adding a few scoops of vanilla ice cream to your vessel of choice.

2// Drizzle as much or as little caramel sauce as you'd like over the top of the ice cream.

3// Pour your choice of hard cider over the top. It'll probably fizz up a good amount, so keep an eye out for that.

4// Stick a straw in it and enjoy!

It's really that simple, honestly. And it's so, so good. As always, enjoy responsibly!
